The TopLaxRecruits Mid-Atlantic Boys’ Rankings
1. Landon School (MD) 20-0
The Bears finished the regular season with a 14-4 win over Churchill and followed that with a 14-7 win over St. Stephen/St. Agnes in the IAC semifinals. They can complete an undefeated season tomorrow night with a win over Bullis in the IAC championship.
2. La Salle (PA) 15-1
The Explorers defeated Archbishop Carroll and Inter-Ac power Haverford School last week to remain as a favorite for the PIAA Class AAA title. They’ll wrap up the regular season with Cardinal O’Hara later today, followed by a road game against New Jersey foe St. Augustine Prep.
3. Cold Spring Harbor (NY) 15-0
The Seahawks finished the regular season undefeated with wins over Greenwich and Lynbrook. Their winning streak is now at 21 games, dating back to last season.
4. Delbarton (NJ) 12-1
The Green Wave took care of Mendham, Roxbury, and Chatham in action last week. They play West Essex Regional later today, followed by a big matchup against Long Island power Chaminade, before wrapping up the regular season against Morristown.
5. Calvert Hall (MD) 13-2
The Cardinals defeated Severn and had a thrilling double overtime win over Boys’ Latin last week to stay atop the MIAA “A” conference standings. They wrap up the regular season with St. Paul’s tomorrow, followed by Loyola-Blakefield on Tuesday.
6. Bullis School (MD) 18-2
The Bulldogs defeated Georgetown Prep, 13-7, in the IAC semifinals, and can be spoilers to Landon’s perfect season Friday night in the IAC championship game.
7. McDonogh (MD) 13-3
The Eagles took care of St. Mary’s Annapolis and Loyola-Blakefield last week. MIAA regular season play wraps up with Archbishop Spalding and Gilman this week.
8. Boys’ Latin (MD) 12-4
The Lakers defeated Loyola-Blakefield, but then suffered a heartbreaking lost to Calvert Hall, 11-10, in double overtime. They finish regular season play on the road against Gilman and St. Paul’s.
9. Severna Park (MD) 15-0
The Falcons defeated Broadneck twice, first in the regular season, then three days later in the Anne Arundel County Championship. Up next is Old Mill Friday.
10. St. Paul’s (MD) 14-3
The Crusaders edged Gilman before crushing Archbishop Spalding in MIAA “A” play last week. They wrap up the regular season with two very difficult games, first at Calvert Hall tomorrow, followed by a home game against Boys’ Latin.
